Swim

The swim will take place on the beaches adjacent to transition at the De La Warr Pavilion. Participants will complete 1 clockwise loop of either 750m, 2 loops of 750m for 1.5km or 2 loops of 950m for 1.9km.

Athletes will be set off in waves according to their race distance.


Bike

Run

The run is fast and flat with athletes completing laps of the 5km loop along the promenade. The medal awaits down the finish chute in the event village at the De La Warr where you will be greeted home having beaten the 1066 Triathlon.

There will be 2 aid stations out on the course which athletes will pass through on each lap.

Sprint: 750m swim, 21km bike, 5km run

Standard: 1.5km swim, 44km bike, 10KM run

Middle Distance: 1.9km swim, 88km bike, 21km run
